Annual day of collaboration with the Tennessee General Assembly

Tree Day

2025 TFA Tree Day
Cordell Hull Building / Legislative Offices
Wednesday, February 26th

TFA Board & Members spend the day passing out tree seedlings and materials to promote the importance of our industry to the environment and economy among legislators and industry partners. Have questions or want to get involved?

Planting trees

In 2023, our board and members distributed hundreds of White Oak seedlings to TN state legislators and their staff to plant in their communities.

Telling our story

Collaborating with our legislature opens doors that help our industry garner support and make important changes to workforce development, safety, conservation, and more.

Tree day allows us to communicate the needs of our forests and the importance of the work we do.
