Bridge & Pallet Mat Incentive Program

The Bridge & Pallet Mat Incentive Program helps commercial logging operations protect Tennessee’s water resources while strengthening their operations.

Eligible applicants can receive 50% reimbursement on select pallet mats, erosion control materials, and steel bridge panels.

This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee.

    • Eligible pallet mats should be made from durable 8/4 oak, approximately 10 feet wide and 12–16 feet long, bolted with 5-inch bolts and cable-equipped for easy transport.

    • Reimbursement: 50% of the actual cost, up to a maximum reimbursement of $400 per mat.

    • Annual limit of 15 mats per business.

    • Eligible materials include silt fencing material and associated supplies.

    • Reimbursement: 50% of the actual cost, up to a maximum reimbursement of $25 per 100 linear feet of fencing.

    • Annual limit: 500 feet of silt fencing per year.

    • Reimbursement: 50% of the actual cost, up to a maximum reimbursement of $9,000 per bridge panel.

    • Annual limit: 2 bridge panels per year.

    • Same reimbursement structure as pallet mats.

  • 1. Apply online

    Submit the application for approval prior to any purchase.

  • 2. After you've been approved

    Submit your invoice, proof of payment (cancelled check, credit card receipt or Paid in Full invoice), at least 1 photo of purchased item(s).

  • 3. Wait for reimbursement

    TFF will process payments once all required documentation is received.
