2018 Convention FAQs

Q: Where do I download a registration form?
A: The download for the registration form is on our Annual Meeting Page at http://www.tnforestry.com/2018_Annual_Meeting/. The Registration form is found on the last page of a conference's meeting packet. Go to the Annual Meeting Registration Form page and fill out related information.

Q: How do I pay for registration?
A: TFA accepts cash, checks,  and credit card payments for meeting registration. The cards we accept are Visa and MasterCard. 

Q: If I decide at the last minute to attend the meeting, should I send my registration form to the office or should I register on site?
A: Office Registration for annual meeting/conference closes September 21st the Friday before the meeting. If registration is still available, go ahead and send your registration form via fax or by email to TFA's office. If registration is closed, please bring your registration form and payment to the meeting with you and register on site.

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation?
A: Call the Carnegie Hotel at 423-979-6400 by 9/11/2018 to get the special room rate of $109.00 single/double. Please request TFA room rate when you call to make your room reservation.
